Founded in 2002, Cityvine began with import of fresh and chilled salmon from New Zealand into Sarawak. Diversification into agriculture and biotech followed as the state government encouraged developing Sarawak into a regional food basket. Foreseeing the need for skilled workforce, the company ventured into technical education through acquisition of Rimbunan Hijau Academy to produce skilled labour for the local industry.
Aiming to promote healthy lifestyle, Cityvine entered the retail scene as the master franchisee of BMS Organics, the largest organic retail chain in Malaysia, for Sarawak. The group has also begun its foray into the food and beverage industry, promoting an eco-friendly diet with emphasis on bringing natural and organic produce to consumers and provision of supplies to cater to the growing demand for green products, healthy cooking and quality dining.
As its business grow, Cityvine group will continue to uphold its core values of being customer and result oriented, in its mission to elevate the wellbeing and quality of life.
