Bird's Nest (Edible Nest) is the swiftlet nest produced by 2 type of swiftlet only, the Collocalia Fuciphaga (white nest) and Collocalia Maxima (black nest). These birds build their nests by extracting thick saliva from their salivary glands and layer it to create a nest, like a cupped hand, a hollow quarter-ball shape, one side is stuck to a wall.
